Thank you to all who attended the first Apprentice meeting last Saturday. It was supposed to be four hours of non-stop education, but turned into five! Caffeine and sugar, the two major food groups, were both served. We covered 12 REI topics in that time. Our brains were reeling! I will attempt to post video excerpts just as soon as possible, so you can see what was covered and how much fun we had!
It was decided, by unanimous vote, that the next four hour training will be on buying homes Subject To the existing mortgage. I just bought a duplex 3 weeks ago and flipped it the same day (my MasterMind Group Member Diana and I got to split $8,000). Not bad for a few hours work!

It's Official! The first "Apprentice" meeting is tomorrow morning at 9765 East 116th Street in Fishers, Indiana at the Old National Bank Boardroom. Strictly limiting this first meeting to fourteen attendees so that everyone has the opportunity to ask questions as needed.
